Citations may be appealed without payment if an appeal is filed within seven working days from date of issuance. All appeals must be made online. If you have documentation, please mail the documentation with note of your appeal reference number to: UCF Parking Services, P.O.Box 163551, Orlando, FL 32816-3551. The documentation must be postmarked by the seventh business day of the citation being issued. If you wish to send documentation in, please include the following: you full name, your address, citation number if possible, license plate number, and appeal reference number.

The Appeals Committee is not affiliated with the Department of Parking and Transportation Services. It is comprised of students, faculty, and staff members who are appointed by the Vice President for Finance and Accounting. Members' term of service is one year, unless reappointed. The decision of the Appeals Committee is FINAL and BINDING whether the citation is upheld or the appeal is accepted, and will not be affected whether submitted in person or in writing. No re-appeals are permitted.
